To begin, Nick Vujicic is an example young Australian man, who has been a leader for a lot of person of different age even though he has not arms or legs. He has decided go to different places to speak about opportunities that many people lose, because they consider that the life have not offered good and excellent situations to proper. So those people prefer wail that searching better circumstances.

Now, who are excellent leaders, search that every people are on contention that can help to other persons with needs, so that, they do not put attention on personal problems, they regard as every thing have a solution and can be victorious.
